You'll need your business registration details, ID number, and contact information. Once submitted, our team will verify your account within 24 hours.

We currently deliver to all areas within Nairobi and its environs, including Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Eastlands, Kasarani, Ngong, and surrounding areas. We're rapidly expanding to other major towns across Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret.

We offer flexible payment options: M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa), Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Credit Terms for qualified businesses. For credit terms, you'll need to complete our credit application process.

No, we don't have a minimum order requirement! This sets us apart from traditional wholesalers. Whether you need just a few items or a full truck load, we're here to serve your business.

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM within Nairobi. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next business day. For areas outside Nairobi, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an SMS with a tracking link. You can track your order in real-time through our mobile app or website. You'll see when your order is being prepared, when it's out for delivery, and receive a notification when it's delivered.
